I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and secure, but a little small - typical for NYC, but not the smallest. My only issue was the lack of enough outlets for all our devices with my husband and two teenagers along. The service was very helpful and excellent, especially the concierge who arranged good seats for a Broadway play. The location was outstanding, close to the subway, museum, and Central Park.
